With reference to your below mail regarding Ticket ID:%{ticket.} for ______, kindly upgrade s/w with latest version by following the below mentioned procedure:

Note : Require .NET Framework 4.6.1 & Google Chrome version 75 & above is recommended for upgrading HRMS version 6.0.2
A) For Spine Payroll :
FIRST TAKE THE DATABASE BACKUP OF SPINE PAYROLL.
1) Download InstallPay986.zip and InstallFAQ_SpinePAYROLL.zip in a new folder on your desktop from our link below:

2) Check the properties of "Shortcut of the SpinePayroll Software" and note down the target path. Delete the shortcut once you have noted down the target path.
3) Extract InstallPay986.zip in the same folder and run the InstallPay986.exe, from your client node.
4) At Screen, "Welcome to SpinePayroll Upgrade Install Program", click on "Next".
5) At Screen, "Directory Choose an Installation Folder and click Next to continue", Enter the proper path of SpinePayroll Folder and Click on "Next".
6) Extract the InstallFAQ_SPINEPAYROLL.zip on desktop and run the exe.
7) At Screen, "Welcome to the Spine Payroll FAQ Install Program", click on "Next".
8) At Screen, "Choose the Spine Payroll installed directory and click Next to continue", Enter the proper path of Spine Payroll Folder and Click on "Next".
9) Click on Start.
10) Start the software, it will prompt for upgrading the software to the latest version of SpinePayroll (9.8.6), click on "Upgrade" and get the software updated.
11) If you are using the Multi-User Software then you have to do the above activity for updating the software on all the client nodes where SpinePayroll Software is installed.
12) If key registration message will occur:
Double click on the Software icon --> Tools --> Generate key--> send this notepad along with operating system of that machine.
B) For Spine HRMS:
Take screen shots of the standard settings for e.g (Dashboard Settings, SMTP, STD., Tax projection & Payslip, Password settings).

(TAKE THE BACKUP OF SPINEHRMS FOLDER OF YOUR SERVER MACHINE)
Extract and overwrite SPINEHRMS_DEPLOY602.zip in virtual directory of SpineHRMS on SpineHRMS server.
C) Spine EssData:
Kindly find below link to download SpineEssData.zip and follow the below procedure :

Download SpineEssData.zip and extract spineessdata.dll same to ...\SpineHRMS\bin\. folder.
Once done Login SpineHRMS (Admin Rights) --> Click on Upgrade.
Login to Spine HRMS with admin right --> Administration--> STD setting --> SMTP setting check once.
D) Daily Attendance Web Api:
1. Take backup of SpineDailyAttenAPI folder.
2. Stop the Spine_Attendance_Service.
3. Kindly download and extract SpineDailyAttenAPI.zip file on desktop by following below link :

4. Extract the downloaded SpineDailyAttenAPI602.zip in SpineDailyAttenAPI installation folder i.e. ....\SpineDailyAttenAPI folder
5. Copy InstallDailyAttenAPI.bat, SpineDailyAttenAPI.exe.config, UninstallDailyAttenAPI.bat from backup folder of SpineDailyAttenAPI and paste the same in SpineDailyAttenAPI installation folder i.e. ....\SpineDailyAttenAPI folder
6. Copy the SpineEssData.dll from ...SpineHRMS\bin folder and replace the same in ...\SpineDailyAttenAPI folder.
7. Start the Spine_Attendance_Service.
Note : Login with admin in hrms application and go to Admin--> Site Admin--> Std. Settings--> Configuration files--> Repeat Task every 0.10, Select File to download (SpineDailyAttenAPI.exe.config and Con Config) generate file and replace the same in SpineDailyAttenAPI installation folder i.e. ....\SpineDailyAttenAPI folder.
E) Daily Attendance Recalculation:
1. Take backup of SpineDailyAttenRecalc folder.
2. Stop the Spine_Attendance_Recalc.
3. Kindly download SpineDailyAttenRecalc.zip file on desktop by following below link :

4. Extract the downloaded SpineDailyAttenRecalc602.zip in SpineDailyAttenRecalc installation folder i.e. ....\SpineDailyAttenRecalc folder
5. Copy InstallDailyAttenRecalc.bat, DailyAttenRecalc.exe.config, UninstallDailyAttenRecalc.bat from backup folder of SpineDailyAttenRecalc and paste the same in SpineDailyAttenRecalc installation folder i.e. ....\SpineDailyAttenRecalc\
6. Copy the SpineEssData.dll from ...SpineHRMS\bin folder and replace the same in ...\SpineDailyAttenRecalc folder.
7. Start the Spine_Attendance_Recalc.
